Amazing local food in a small street with a nice view. We had pašticada and black risotto and they were flawless!Waiter was super friendly, and gave us great recommendations.Cannot recommend this place enough!

Kod Paveta was a last minute drop in dinner. We were seated immediately and the atmosphere inside had a very comfortable-home cooking meets nautical themed sort of vibe. As it was our first time, we decided to order entirely based on our host’s recommendation. We had the tomato soup to start, and it was creamy and delicious! Then we had the beef stew with gnocchi with a simple local red wine. Everything was very good, and we have booked ourselves a table for another night. I highly recommend this place for its excellent food and exceptional customer service.

By far the most authentic place with absolutely amazing service and insanely delicious food. Couldn't recommend black risotto or shrimps more!!! The bread is homemade, insanely soft and tasty. If you're lucky enough, you might even catch the owner playing jazz or classical music on the guitar which made my experience here unforgettable. I literally couldn't think of words to say how much I enjoyed my evening here. ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION

Visiting VIS island? Looking for DECENT, TASTY meal? "Kod Paveta" is THE PLACE you are looking for! Home-style prepared meals, great taste! Start with their magical Tomato-soup and then don't miss their Gnocchi (2 dofferent style) and Steak - probably best two plates we had during our 10 days stay here.Don't let other "restaurants" with fancy interior to scam you with mediocre food and overpriced menu, go straight here and finish your day LIKE A BOSS! PS. be prepared to wait a bit longer for your plate! :)

I have been coming here for years and this restaurant is the one I look forward to returning to the most! It’s a small family owned restaurant and the food is made with love. Everything is fantastic but seriously the gnocchi Gorgonzola here is the BEST IN THE WORLD! She makes amazing pašticada too, and we love their wine! Try the gnocchi, you won’t regret it.

If you want to enjoy traditional Croatian cuisine, then you definitely should visit Kod Paveta.Wonderful home cooking from Anka, friendly and relaxed service from Pave will make your evening enjoyable. They have options for everyone: gluten-free, vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters.I recommend it!

Had my first lamb and potatoes in life right here and I am so glad it was at Pave. Meat was sweet, soft and melting in my mouth. Potatoes-same story. Very delicious first experience. Salad was full of flavours, a good sign that food here is really organic and prepared with love. White house wine was also a great choice. Fast and kind service, they let you chill after the meal and don't rush you to end a wonderful experience fast. A very authentic island food experience. Thank youP.
